The game

Frutelia is free to download and play. It contains no ads and no subscription. The game is provided as is; we do our best to keep it working, including the online leaderboard, but cannot guarantee it will always be available.

In-app purchases

Optional coin packs are sold through the App Store, under Apple's terms. Coins are a virtual item with no cash value, usable only in Frutelia. Purchases are final except where Apple's refund policy or the law says otherwise.

Leaderboard names

Names must not be offensive, impersonate someone or contain personal information. We may remove any name or score that breaks this rule or looks like cheating.

Trademarks

Frutelia is an independent game. Suika Game is a game by Aladdin X Inc.; other names on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe and compare. Frutelia is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Law

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
